Terri grew up in the Midwest and, 35 years ago, met and married her husband Joe, a Montana native. They moved to Bozeman in 2012 with their 2 children, Mikayla and Patrick. Terri joined Career Concepts in January 2014 and quickly discovered it fulfilled her passion for helping people. In July 2016, she and her husband purchased the business, and she has continued to grow its services to support local residents and businesses in developing and succeeding. Outside of work, Terri enjoys spending time with her family (especially her adorable grandchildren!) being involved in her church, and crafting.

Mikayla grew up all over the United States and met her husband in Kentucky in 2014. Not long after, they realized Montana felt like home and relocated to Bozeman. She joined Career Concepts in 2015 and has played a key role in expanding and shaping the company into what it is today alongside Terri, who took over in 2016. Outside of work, Mikayla stays busy with her 4 kids and is actively involved in her church, her Girl Scout troop, 2 school PTC boards and other community events!
