Terri grew up in the Midwest but 30 years ago, met and married her husband Joe, who is a Montana native. They moved to Bozeman in 2012 with their 2 kids, Mikayla and Patrick. Terri started working at Career Concepts in January of 2014 and quickly discovered it fulfilled her passion for helping people. She and her husband purchased Career Concepts in July 2016 and she continues to expand her services to help the community residents and businesses develop and succeed. When she’s not connecting people with local businesses, Terri enjoys spending time with her family (especially her adorable grandchildren!), being involved with her church, and crafting!
Dan grew up on a family farm in Northern Montana before attending Montana State University. He, his wife, and two sons now live in the Gallatin Valley. Dan and his family are always attending concerts, paddleboarding, mountain biking, and going to Bridger Bowl as much as possible.
Meet Ashley, a spirited native of Montana, hailing proudly from the scenic town of Bozeman. With a dynamic background in the automotive industry spanning over 7 years, Ashley was welcomed to our team in March to continue her passion for helping people in the Gallatin Valley and surrounding areas. Beyond her professional pursuits, Ashley finds peace and inspiration in her favorite books, and channeling her creativity through the art of writing. Yet, her heart truly comes alive in the cherished moments spent with her loving husband and two cats.
Amy was born and raised in Southern California. After visiting Montana in 2020, she and her fiancé immediately knew this was where they wanted to call home. After making their road-trip with their sweet pup, she began her new role with Career Concepts in November of 2022. When Amy is not working, she enjoys baking, crafting, hiking and exploring Montana.
Mikayla grew up all over the US. She met her husband in Kentucky, but quickly realized Montana is home and they relocated to Bozeman. She started with Career Concepts in 2015 and has helped expand and develop the Career Concepts we know now since Terri took it over in 2016. When she’s not working or doing school work, Mikayla enjoys spending time with her family and keeping up with her three kids.
