We are recruiting a highly qualified HR Generalist to join a reputable company in Bozeman. This role involves managing employee records, coordinating recruitment processes, and handling daily reporting tasks, including unemployment, onboarding, and collaborating with various departments as needed. The HR Generalist will also serve as a backup for payroll during periods of absence, ensuring seamless continuity and accuracy. The successful candidate will be committed to upholding company policies, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, and fostering a positive employee experience.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Human Resources, Business Administration, etc.) and/or have at least 2 years of experience in HR, payroll, or a similar role.
