  • Manage client accounts, maintain accurate records, and create electronic documents.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Customer service experience is a must.
  • Sales experience preferred, with a passion for business development.
  • Administrative and project/account management experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Tech-savvy – proficient in MS Office and able to learn new CRM software.
  • Outgoing and personable – you enjoy building relationships.
  • Strong multi-tasking and follow-up skills – detail-oriented and adaptable.
